At Gems From Jaipur, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision, care, and a personal touch. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our policy below:
Refunds
Refunds are not available for customized or personalized jewelry pieces.
This includes any item made to your specific size, engraving request, or custom design.
For non-customized items, refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
All returned items must be:
Unused
In their original condition
Packaged in their original box or pouch
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding refund eligibility. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Returns
Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange or return:
The product must be unused and unaltered.
The product must not be damaged or modified in any way.
Items showing signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or any kind of damage will not be eligible.
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if the product does not meet the criteria outlined above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or not what you ordered:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to: haqrafayul@gmail.com
Include clear photographs of the item and packaging and your order number.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or engraved jewelry
Items returned after the 7-day return window
Items that are damaged, worn, modified, or without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return

Return Address: Same as mentioned on the Commercial Invoice.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
