Processing Time

  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom or personalized jewelry pieces typically require 7–14 business days for crafting and quality inspection before shipment, or more depending on the design. (Ask your sales rep for a Turn around time)

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock jewelry are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Please note that processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping transit time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted and insured couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS to ensure the safe delivery of your jewelry.

Shipping Insurance & Signature Requirement

Every order is fully insured until it reaches your hands.
For security reasons:

  • All jewelry shipments require a signature upon delivery.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. However, international customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • Any delays caused by customs procedures.
    We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s journey.
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us immediately at haqrafayul@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date).

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
    Our team will work directly with the courier and our insurance provider to resolve the issue promptly.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.
